Bonnies Women's Track to Compete at Atlantic 10 Championships

ATLANTIC 10 CHAMPIONSHIP CENTRAL

The St. Bonaventure women's outdoor track teams will compete in the Atlantic 10 Championships May 4-5 in Amherst, Mass.

Track events begin Saturday at 8:45 a.m. on the campus of the University of Massachusetts. Track competition continues through the last events at 5:30 p.m.

Events on Sunday resume at 10:30 a.m. and continue through 3 p.m.

WOMEN'S 800m (Personal Record Times)
Sydney Beeman - 2:29.68 (Bucknell Team Challenge, 4/21/18)
Natalie Cummings – 2:26.71 (A-10 Championships, 5/6/18)
Meaghan Ralph –  2:29.38 (Alfred State Invitational, 4/16/19)
Amberlee Robertson– 2:35.03 (Dave Labor Invitational, 4/6/19)

Sydney Beeman, Natalie Cummings, Meaghan Ralph and Amberlee Robertson will be compete in the women's 800 meters for St. Bonaventure this weekend.

Beeman is ranked third all-time individually for SBU in the women's 800. She most recently ran the event at the University at Buffalo Invite where she clocked in at 2:30.33.

Natalie Cummings set her own personal record in the 800, along with ranking second in school history, at the 2018 A-10 Championships with a time of 2:26.71.

With a current PR of 2:29.38, Ralph is set a new personal record and now ranks fourth for the Bonnies in the event.

Robertson has been improved PR over the past few weeks and has moved his way up the record books. The freshman is currently seventh all-time in the event with her time at the Dave Labor Invitational of 2:35.03.

Sydney Beeman –5:05.33 (Bucknell Team Challenge, 4/21/18)
Samantha Henry – 5:08.71 (Alfred State Invitational, 4/16/19)
Tristen Reid – 5:20.07 (Alfred State Invitational, 4/16/19)
Amberlee Robertson – 5:14.02 (Dave Labor Invitational, 4/6/19)

Sydney Beeman, Samantha Henry, Tristen Reid and Amberlee Robertson will be compete in the women's 1500 this weekend for the Bonnies.

Beeman ran her best time of the season at the Alfred State Invite, where she clocked in at 5:07.40.

Henry set a new PR at Alfred State with 5:08.71 to move into sixth in program history.

Reid also set a personal best at the Alfred State Invitational, crossing the line at 5:20.07.

Robertson ranks ninth in the Bonnies record books in the 1500 with her PR of 5:14.02. She most recently ran the 1500 at the University of Buffalo Invitational, where she clocked in at 5:24.73.

Theresa Dristle – 19:28.93 (Cal U Early Bird Invitational, 3/23/19)
Lindsay Lytle –  19:48.94 (University at Buffalo Invitational, 4/27/19)
Carly Olles – 21:08.13 (University at Buffalo Invitational, 4/27/19)
Christine Walsh – 19:31.56 (Cal U Early Bird Invitational, 3/23/19)

Theresa Dristle, Lindsay Lytle, Carly Olles and Christine Walsh will compete in the women's 5000 at the A-10 Championships.

In her freshman season, Dristle has ranked fifth in the 5000 in the SBU program record books. She most recently ran a 21:05.28 in the Buffalo Invitational.

Lytle ran her best time of the season at the Buffalo Invite, where she clocked in at 19:48.94.

Olles has been steadily improving her PR over the last few weeks to earn her most recent PR of 21:08.13 at the University of Buffalo Invite.

Christine Walsh set her best time this year of 19:31.56 at the Cal U Invite. She most recently ran a 20:22.10 at the Buffalo Invite.
