CLEVELAND – The St. Bonaventure University women's tennis team dropped its match at Cleveland State, 7-0, Sunday afternoon.
Penelope Abreu battled in a tough two-set match but fell, 6-2, 6-4, to Isabella Spindler. Freshman Andrea Roque fought to 5-4 in the first set of her singles match at No. 3 singles, but was defeated, 6-4, 6-0 against Lara Prosenjak.
The Bonnies are back in action Friday, Feb. 1 at the St. Bonaventure Fitness Center against Siena. The match is scheduled to start at 5:00 p.m.
