ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The St. Bonaventure University women's tennis team completed their first day of action at the Army Invitational , earning four singles wins along the way.
Mara Martinez-Santori and Gabriella Bowe both advanced to the second round with wins in Flight A singles action. Dominique Mortier advanced to the second round in Flight B singles for the second consecutive week, and Nicole Kozinski came out victorious in Flight D singles.
Those that did not earn victories in the first round will enter the consolation side of the bracket.
Along with the Bonnies and host Army, Binghamton, Boise State, Bryant, Colgate, Fairleigh Dickinson, Fordham, Lehigh, Marist, NJIT, Providence, Quinnipiac, Sacred Heart, Seton Hall and Wagner all bring competitors to the invitational.
