Bonnies Drop Match Against St. Joseph's

St. Bonaventure women's tennis team fell to St. Joseph's 5-2 on Tuesday, March 8 at St. Bonaventure.

Gabriella Bowe was the only Bonnie that came away with a win in singles action, as she defeated the Hawks' Maureen Devlin in two sets. The sophomore tallied a score of 7-6, 7-5. 

Mara Martinez-Santori played three sets against her opponent, winning the first set. However, she came away with a loss after falling the last two sets. 

The second win for the Bonnies came in doubles action. Partners Martinez-Santori and Bowe won 6-4, as well as Mariam Skhirtladze and Lauren Doversola. 

Now 2-11, and 0-1 in conference play, the Bonnies will travel to Duquesne on Saturday, March 12.
