The Short Story:
The fourth-seeded, Davidson Wildcats were too much to handle for the No. 13 St. Bonaventure women's tennis team in the opening day of the 2015 Atlantic 10 women's tennis championship at the Boar's Head Sports Club in Charlottesville, Va on Thursday, April 16, by a score of 4-1.

Picking up the only point on the day for the Bonnies was sophomore Mariam Skhirtladze, as she defeated Sarah Stein in straight sets, 6-3, 6-1. With the victory on Thursday, Skhirtladze finishes her 2015 campaign with a 12-9 overall record and 4-0 in A-10 conference play. Since the spring semester started, Skhirtladze went 12-5 while playing in the No. 4 singles slot.

St. Bonaventure went to drop the doubles point after the completion of the third and second doubles match, respectively.

Fatya Amiri and Marisa Brossard wrapped up their St. Bonaventure women's tennis careers on Thursdays. Brossard finished her career with 48 total wins, while Amiri captured 47 victories.
