McFadden Breaks @BonniesWSwim Record at Atlantic 10 Championships

GENEVA, Ohio -- The St. Bonaventure University women's swimming team finished day two of the Atlantic 10 Swimming and Diving Championships with 76 points for 10th place, as Devon McFadden earned a spot in the 200-IM finals with a school record.

McFadden broke the St. Bonaventure record in the preliminaries with a time of 2:02.80 to grab a spot in the finals. She finished eighth with a time of 2:03.48 in the finals to score for the Bonnies.

St. Bonaventure also saw action in the 200-freestyle relay. The team of McFadden, Theresa Hutton, Rachel Taylor and Samantha Kuchinski timed in at 1:35.84.

Friday's action will include prelims and finals for the 400-IM, 100-butterfly, 200-freestyle, 100-breaststroke, 100-backstroke and 3-meter diving, along with the 400-medley relay. Prelims begin at 10:00 a.m. with finals starting at 6:30 p.m.
