The Bonnies then went on to take game one Saturday, 7-4, after a six-run second inning gave them an early lead.

Walker also leads the Bonnies in doubles (6), on-base percentage (.481) and slugging percentage (.500). Also hitting above .300 for the Bonnies is Emily Lewandowski who is batting .302 on the year. Haley Strang leads the team with at-bats and has 20 hits, including a double and three home runs.

The Colonials enter the weekend with an overall record of 29-8 and are 19-1 in Atlantic 10 play this season with their only loss coming to Saint Louis April 24. As a team, George Washington leads the Atlantic 10 and ranks fifth in the NCAA in batting average, hitting .344 as a squad. The Colonials also lead the A-10 and rank in the top 10 in the NCAA in on-base percentage (.425), runs per game (7.2) and slugging percentage (.584).

Following game one Saturday afternoon, the Bonnies will honor their two graduating seniors, Alex Siebert and Abby Borkowski.
