ST. BONAVENTURE, N.Y. – St. Bonaventure women's basketball redshirt junior Tori Harris has earned Big 4 Player of the Week honors for her efforts in three games last week.
In games against Duquesne, Saint Joseph's and La Salle, Harris averaged 14.3 points and 9.0 rebounds while shooting 48.7 percent from the floor.
Last Monday, the 6-0 guard tallied 11 points and grabbed seven rebounds in the Bonnies 72-55 victory over Duquesne.
Against Saint Joseph's Feb. 26, Harris chipped in 13 points and eight rebounds on 5-of-9 shooting from the floor in 33 minutes.
Harris registered her fourth double-double of the season in the Bonnies' regular season finale last Sunday at La Salle. She poured in a team-high 19 points and pulled down a career-high 12 rebounds in just 23 minutes.
A native of Dix Hills, N.Y., Harris has started all 20 games in her first season with the Bonnies and is second on the team, averaging 10.8 points per game.
