The St. Bonaventure University women's basketball team heads travels to Dayton for the final road contest of the regular season. Tip is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at the UD Arena.

The Bonnies dropped a 72-58 decision to Richmond Sunday at the Reilly Center. The Spiders led the entire way, securing the season sweep over the Bonnies. Deja Francis led the Bonnies with 11 points, five rebounds and six assists. Junior Emily Calabrese narrowly missed a double-double, scoring 10 points and hauling in nine rebounds.
• Shauna Green is in her fourth season at the helm of the Dayton women's basketball program. She holds a record of 82-39 at UD and has led the Flyers to two NCAA Tournaments and one WNIT berth in her first three seasons. Green was a 2002 graduate of Canisius after playing for the Golden Griffins for four seasons.
• The Flyers enter Wednesday with a 20-8 record overall and 13-1 in the Atlantic 10. Dayton had won 15 straight games including its first 13 in A-10 play before falling to Fordham, 50-38, last Saturday.
• Leading the way for the Flyers is Erin Whalen who is averaging 13.0 ppg and 4.9 rpg. Whalen is shooting 40.1 percent from the floor and 80.3 percent from the charity stripe. Also scoring in double figures for Dayton is Jayla Scaife, registering 12.3 ppg.
The Bonnies and the Flyers meet for the 19th time Wednesday evening. The Flyers have won the last three contests over the Bonnies. St. Bonaventure's last win over Dayton was a 59-54 victory at the UD Arena in 2016.
The Bonnies wrap up the regular season Saturday, Feb. 29 at the Reilly Center against Duquesne. Saturday will also be Senior Day for the Bonnies as they honor their three seniors – Dajah Logan, Amanda Oliver and Claudia Del Moral.
