Women's Basketball To Host Annual Pink Game Feb. 9

ST. BONAVENTURE, N.Y. – Celebrate survival when the St. Bonaventure women's basketball team hosts Davidson for their annual Pink Game Sunday, Feb. 9 at 12:00 p.m. presented by Paul Brown Motors.

All cancer survivors will receive a free admission and a free Pink Game T-shirt. Family members of survivors can purchase tickets for $3.  Pink game shirts and raffle tickets to have a chance to win over $1,500 in prizes are available for $10 at or at the arena on game day.

Other events and fundraisers will take place throughout the game to celebrate survival, bring awareness, and raise money for local cancer care.

All proceeds from the Feb. 9 pink game benefit The Pink Pumpkin Project and Olean General Hospital.

"All of us within Pink Pumpkin Project feel so blessed to be part of this Pink Game," Lynn Anzivine of the Pink Pumpkin Project said. "Special thanks to Paul Brown, St. Bonaventure University, Olean General Hospital and our amazing community. You will definitely want to be part of this event, it's going to completely change the way you view the word, "community.""

"The Pink Game is a great opportunity to bring together a community on a mission to positively impact local breast cancer for women and families while partnering with the Pink Pumpkin Project and St. Bonaventure University," Olean General Hospital's Steven Jackson said. "It means so much for our hospital's ability to continue to provide high-quality cancer services right here in the Olean community. We thank you for the support – Go Bonnies!"
