The Canisius College Golden Griffins captured the Little Three team title placing the top seven runners in the annual race between the three schools.
St. Bonaventure finished third overall in the team standings with 72 points. Niagara came in second with 55 points, and Canisius won the meet with 15 total team points.
Canisius' Chad Maloy was the individual champion crossing the finish line with a time of 15:31.20, just ahead of teammate Cooper Roach who finished .20 seconds behind him with a time of 15:31.40
St. Bonaventure's top finisher was Ben Collins. The sophomore finished 15th overall with a time of 16:20.10. Caleb Johnson would place 23rd for St. Bonaventure with a time of 16:32.00, followed by Joe Ferencik in 25th (16:44.00).
St. Bonaventure will return to action Sep, 12 when they travel to buffalo for the UB Stampede. Start time is scheduled for 12:15 pm.
