BINGHAMTON – The St. Bonaventure men's swim and dive team recorded five event wins in its return to competition Saturday, but host Binghamton won the meet, 185-111.
Maciej Danilewski gave the Bonnies victory in the 100-backstroke, clocking in at 52.14.
Tjaard Krusch scored another win for the Bonnies in the 200-back, beating Danilewski 1:56.24 to 1:57.11 as the two teammates went 1-2 for the Brown and White.
Krusch won again in the 100-butterfly with a winning time of 51.77.
On the diving boards, Michael Bruno captured the win in the 1-meter dive with a score of 297.82. Bruno also was victorious in the 3-meter dive with his effort of 307.35.
The Bonnies now look ahead to the Atlantic 10 Championships April 14-17.
