At the helm of the Monroe Wildwood Swim Team from 2015-17, she grew the team from 60 to 80 swimmers in two summers.
Harting received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Marketing with a minor in Human Resource Management from Urbana University in Urbana, Ohio. She was a member of the swim team for four seasons, swimming primarily in freestyle races.
