GENEVA, Ohio – Sophomore Hylton Collinson's silver medal in the 200-breaststroke paced the St. Bonaventure University men's swimming and diving team Saturday at the 2019 Atlantic 10 Swimming and Diving Championships.
The Bonnies finished in third place with XX team points.
Collinson earned the best qualifying time in the 200-breaststroke and was the only swimmer to post a time under two minutes in the preliminaries. In the finals, he clocked in at 1:59.06 to claim second place. Jason Green made the consolation final of the 200-breaststroke, finishing in 16th place.
Tjaard Krusch closed out his A-10 meet with a fourth-place finish in the 200-backstroke. His time of 1:46.63 was narrowly ahead of teammate Maciej Danilewski, finishing in fifth with a time of 1:46.79. John Pietrucha earned a spot in the consolation final, ringing in at 1:49.41 in 12th place.
