ST. BONAVENTURE, N.Y. - St. Bonaventure snapped a three-game losing streak with a 1-0 victory over Richmond in an Atlantic 10 Conference men's soccer game on Friday at McGraw-Jennings Field.

The Bonnies tallied the lone goal of the game in the 37th minute, when Kevin Omokhua placed the ball into thE net off a deflected shot from teammate Konrad Paszkowski

The Bonnies out-shot the Spiders 23-9.

Richmond keeper Eric Sciocchetti recorded seven saves in rainy conditions while Bona senior Sean Eyde had six saves.

The win improved the Bonnies to 6-5-1 overall and 2-3 in Atlantic 10 play. Richmond fell to 2-8-2 overall and 1-3-1 in conference play.

St. Bonaventure will return to action on Sunday, Oct. 17, at McGraw-Jennings Field when the Bonnies host George Washington at 1 p.m.
