STARTING ON THE RIGHT FOOT
The Bonnies will look to get their 2018 season started in the right direction with a victory. A win on Friday night would be the Bonnies' second consecutive season opener win. It will not be an easy task as Bona takes on the Cardinals, an Elite Eight team in the 2017 NCAA Tournament. The Bonnies defeated Bucknell in overtime in their first game a season ago.

FAMILIAR FACES
For the third year in a row, St. Bonaventure and Robert Morris will meet in the regular season. Robert Morris took the first matchup, 1-0, in 2016. Last season, the Bonnies grabbed a 3-2 win in double overtime in Moon, Pa. Kosi Nwafornso, Remi Dujardin and Paul Afful were all scorers for the Bonnies.

ABOUT LOUISVILLE
Louisville enters the 2018 season after reaching the Elite Eight in the NCAA Tournament last year and are ranked No. 6 in the first NCAA Top 25 poll of the season. The Cardinals finished last season 13-2-5 and fell to Virginia in the Atlantic Coast Conference Quarterfinals. Louisville was picked to finish third in this season ACC Atlantic Division, but did receive two first place votes. Leading scorer Tate Schmitt returns after netting nine goals and assist on three scores for 21 points.

ABOUT ROBERT MORRIS
Robert Morris finished last season with a record of 4-11-3 and were picked to finish sixth in this year's Northeast Conference standings. Senior forward Zac Sherman returns from last season's team after being second on the squad with three goals.
