The St. Bonaventure University men's soccer team looks to push its unbeaten streak to three as the Bonnies head to UMass to take on the Minutemen. The Bonnies most recently defeated Davidson, 3-2, on Saturday, and worked a scoreless draw with Duquesne on Oct. 5.
LAST TIME OUT
St. Bonaventure earned its first Atlantic 10 victory Saturday afternoon, defeating the Davidson Wildcats, 3-2.
The Minutemen are currently riding an unbeaten streak of three as they defeated Hartford (Sept. 24), tied Dayton (Oct. 1) and defeated Central Connecticut (Oct. 4). Jorge Becerra has been a mainstay in goal for the Minutemen all season, as he's played all 1036:47 minutes between the pipes this season. All three of the UMass wins this season have via the way of a shutout. Becerra's 51 total saves are the third-most in the Atlantic 10 while his save percentage of .789 is fourth best. Offensively, Alex DeSantis, Henry Steinkamp and Ty Goncalves have two goals apiece. Six others have scored one goal each. DeSantis has chipped in a team-high four assists as well. UMass' draw with Dayton is their lone conference match so far. Their scheduled game vs. Fordham on Sunday was postponed.
MOVIN' ON UP
With two tallies in Saturday's win over Davidson, Toland doubled his total goals to four on the year. He is now tied with five other players in the conference for second-most goals scored this season. Aiding his big week offensively were his 10 total shots. He now sits at seventh in the A-10 with 30 total shots on the season.

The Bonnies will return home to the Marra Athletics Complex Saturday to face the Dayton Flyers. Kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m.
