The St. Bonaventure University men's soccer team will continue Atlantic 10 play as it heads to Davidson for their first conference road test.
LAST TIME OUT
St. Bonaventure worked a scoreless draw with Duquesne Wednesday on a cold, foggy evening at the Marra Athletics Complex.
The Davidson Wildcats broke a five-game losing streak on Tuesday as they defeated Duke, 3-1, on the road. Davison took a 1-0 lead in the first half, but then Duke tied it up early in the second half. Davidson's Aiden Peterson scored the game-winner to put the Wildcats ahead, and then Jaylen Thompson doubled the lead with a strike in the 87th minute. So far this season, Maxi Pragnell has led the Wildcats with four goals on 23 shots. Andrew Kenneson has started all 10 games so far in net, and he's earned one shutout this season while posting a 1.98 goals against average. Davidson fell to Rhode Island, 2-1, in its conference opener on Sept. 27. The Bonnies will be Davidson's first Atlantic 10 home opponent.
The Bonnies will stay on the road as they travel to UMass to face the Minutemen on Wednesday, Oct. 12 at 4:00 p.m.
