#Bonnies Welcome Marist as Part of Family Weekend Doubleheader

The St. Bonaventure University men's soccer team will welcome Marist, who is ranked No. 22 in the most recent College Soccer National Ranking on TopDrawerSoccer.com. The last time the Bonnies took the field at home, they earned a 1-0 win over Niagara (Sept. 18).

LAST TIME OUT
The St. Bonaventure University men's soccer team fell at Buffalo, 2-1, on Wednesday night. 

Kieran Toland scored the lone Bona goal for his second of the season.

In the second half, the Brown and White outshot the Bulls, 10-9, after rifling just five shots in the first half. St. Bonaventure also forced UB to defend six total corner kicks in the second half, while SBU saw just two UB corners in the half.

ABOUT MARIST
The Marist men's soccer team lost against Stony Brook, 2-0, on Wednesday night (Sept. 21). Marist held a 16-12 shot advantage, and had three shots on goal, five of which came from forward Cameron Harr. The sophomore also leads the team in goals with six with two serving as game-winners. The Red Foxes, who are coming off two straight home losses average the 21st most assists per game in the nation (2.0) and have the 28th-best scoring offense in the nation (2.0 goals per game). The game against the Bonnies will be Marist's final non-conference game of the season.
