Bonnies Travel To Monmouth for Wednesday MAAC Semifinal

Fresh off another history-making day for the program last week with their first postseason victory, the St. Bonaventure men’s lacrosse team will have another chance to advance in the MAAC Championship Tournament when they travel to second-seeded Monmouth Wednesday afternoon. The winner of Wednesday’s game will play the (1) Manhattan / (4) Canisius winner with an NCAA Tournament bid on the line Saturday.

Bonnies Host First-Ever MAAC Playoff Game Friday vs. Detroit Mercy

St. Bonaventure hosts its first-ever MAAC Tournament game this Friday when it welcomes Detroit Mercy to the Marra Athletics Complex for a first round battle. St. Bonaventure will look to keep its hot streak alive on home turf after winning back-to-back games to wrap the regular season and finishing the year with a 3-1 record at its home facility. Detroit, meanwhile, has not played since April 9 due to virus protocols with scheduled opponents the last two weeks.

Four Bonnies Earn MAAC All-Conference Honors; Rosa Named Offensive Player of the Year

Four St. Bonaventure players have earned All-Conference honors from the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference as Jake Rosa and Austin Blumbergs both were selected to the First Team while Zack Belter and Brett Dobson were each picked to the Second Team. Rosa was also selected as the MAAC Offensive Player of the Year by the league's coaches.

Westley Tabbed MAAC Offensive Player of the Week

St. Bonaventure men’s lacrosse junior Sean Westley has earned Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week honors after a record-setting performance in the Bonnies’ last game.
