EDISON, N.J. – Fourteen members of the St. Bonaventure men's lacrosse team have earned spots on the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Academic Honor Roll.
Brodie Anderson, Edward Beyer, Austin Blumbergs, Ryan Burns, Cian Collins, Mike DiSpigno, Brett Dobson, Andrew Hersey, Jack Kenney, Ben Mazur, Jackson Mullington, Brandon Oakes, Zach Owens, and Sean Westley all earned honors through their work this past academic year.
To be eligible for the MAAC Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 or higher on a 4.0 scale and have been enrolled in their university for at least a full academic year entering the spring semester. The Academic Honor Roll is open to both full-time and associate members in the MAAC. All 23 conference-sponsored sports are represented.
As a team, the Bonnies posted a 3.049 cumulative GPA under head coach Randy Mearns, the second straight season boasting a team GPA higher than 3.0.
