A five-year starter at Lake Shore and one of just two players to ever be named to the All-Western New York first team three times …  three-time ECIC Division II Player of the Year, four-time team MVP and a four-year captain … set school records for hits, batting average and games played in a career, as well as hits in a season … batted .475 as a senior with eight doubles, 28 walks and 19 RBI … also went 6-2 on the mount with 62 strikeouts … named to the NYSSWA State All-Star first team …. as a junior, accumulated a .557 on-base percentage and a .702 slugging percentage en route to fourth team All-State honors … earned a starting role on the WNY Empire State team … also a three-time team MVP in football as a running back and two-time team MVP in basketball.
