Men’s and Women’s Tennis Updates

Weather has impacted both the men's and women's tennis teams on opposite sides of New York State Friday afternoon.

The women, playing in the Eastern Championship at Army, have had all of their matches moved from the outdoor courts to the indoor courts due to rain. Because there are just seven indoor courts and more than 20 teams competing in the championship, all the scheduled matches may not be played to completion on Friday.

As for the men, rain has also impacted their match at the UB Invitational on the campus of the University at Buffalo. Scheduled to play Niagara at 3 p.m. outside, the match will now not be held outdoors and both head coaches will make a decision where, if at all, that match will be played.
