Women currently hold 12th place at Zippy Invite
AKRON, OHIO - In the first day of the Zippy Invite the St. Bonaventure women's swimming and diving team is in twelfth place with a score of 77 points.
Rachel Bull finished 18th in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:07.90.
Freshman, Lauren Caldwell came in 21st in the 200-yard IM with a time of 2:10.41
In relay action, a team of Ivanna Smirnova, Rachel Bull, Lanae Petty and Jeanette Dietrich finished in tenth place in the 200-yard freestyle.
In the 400-yard freestyle, Meaghan McCann, Courtney McKenzie, Caldwell and Smirnova touched in with a time of 3:56.67.
The three day long event continues tomorrow. Prelims start at 9 a.m. and finals start at 6 p.m.
