Several Personal Records Set as Bonnies Men's Track Competes at ROC City Invitational

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The St. Bonaventure men's outdoor track team was one of 29 squads in competition Sunday under sunny and warm conditions at the ROC City Track and Field Invitational.

On a day made for fast times, many Bonnies runners set new personal bests.

In the 1,500 meters, freshman William Delaney finished 44th out of 88 runners with a personal record time of 4:17.01. Behind him, Matthew Bacher (4:22.19), Levi Malone (4:23.64), Drew Bille (4:27.31) and Donavan Lowe (4:28.88) all had their best times in Bonnies colors.

Sunday also saw the Bonnies take part in relay competition. In the 3,200-meter relay, the team of Bacher, Delaney, Bille and Malone placed 10th with a time of 8:49.09.

St. Bonaventure returns to action Friday, April 21 at the Cortland Invite.
