Atlantic 10 All-Academic Team

Tied for second on the team with 11 singles victories and also finished tied for second with 15 doubles triumphs ... finished 11-16 in singles matches ... teamed with Luis Guevara for a 15-12 record at first doubles ... combined with Guevara for three straight triumphs against Fordham (March 28), La Salle (March 29) and Saint Joseph’s (April 1) ... also notched a singles victory over La Salle ... began the spring season 5-2 in singles play with wins over Colgate (Feb. 9), Bucknell (Feb. 17), Duquesne (Feb. 22), NJIT (March 2) and IPFW (March 3) ... also posted doubles victories in four of those matches, coming over Colgate, Bucknell, Duquesne and NJIT ... collected both singles and doubles wins against Siena (March 17) ... posted a 3-7 singles record and teamed with Luis Guevara for a team-high six double victories during the fall season ... produced a 5-1 record at the SBU Fall Classic with a 2-1 singles mark and 3-0 in doubles competition ... collected a singles victory and two doubles triumphs during the season-opening Navy Invitational ... teamed with Guevara for a doubles win during the Yale Tournament.

Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-Academic Team

Tied for team-high honors with seven doubles victories … teamed with Luis Guevara for consecutive match victories at No. 1 doubles against RIT (Feb. 5) and Duquesne (Feb. 11) … also produced back-to-back doubles wins with Guevara over La Salle (April 5) and Saint Joseph’s (April 8) … finished the year by partnering with Guevara for a 8-3 victory at No. 1 doubles over Richmond in the first round of the Atlantic 10 Championship … went 4-2 in A-10 doubles matches while partnering with Guevara … picked up both singles and doubles victories against RIT and Saint Joseph’s (April 8) … added victories at No. 1 singles against Youngstown State (Feb. 4), Bucknell (Feb. 25) and Niagara (April 11) … also was part of doubles wins against Charlotte (March 3) and Colgate (March 18) … teamed with Miguel Suarez for the “B Flight” doubles title at the SBU Fall Classic (Sept. 30-Oct. 2), as well as the “Flight B” doubles crown at the UB Invitational (Sept. 25) … also collected a “C Flight” singles win over Kennesaw State at UB (Sept. 24) … completed the fall by competing in the ITA Men’s Northeast Regionals at Cornell University (Oct. 14-15) … Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-Academic Team selection for the third time in his career.

As a Sophomore (2010-11)
Led St. Bonaventure in singles victories with 13...Rattled off a four-straight singles victories against Cleveland State (Feb. 6) at No. 6 singles, Colgate (Feb. 12) at No. 5 singles, St. Francis (Feb. 13) at No. 5 singles, and against Atlantic 10 rival Charlotte (Feb. 17) at No. 5 singles...Started a three-game singles victory winning streak against St. Joseph's (Apr. 2) at No. 5 singles, and ending with a loss at Buffalo April 12...Won at first round of the Atlantic 10 Championship  vs. Fordham (Apr. 15) at No. 5 singles and ended the season with a loss in the second round to Duquesne (Apr. 15)...Posted a 13-6 record in singles matches, and a 5-4 record in doubles matches.

As a Freshman (2009-10)
Tallied a 9-0 record with Diego Valdenegro early in the season … switched to partner with Luis Guevara, posting a 7-5 record at the No. 3 doubles position … earned seven singles wins in the No. 4, 5 and 6 spots … won four consecutive games from Feb. 20 – March 12, including a three-set match against Bucknell … won his first A-10 match against Saint Joseph’s in the first round of the tournament with Guevara.
