The St. Bonaventure University men's swimming and diving team will host Binghamton on Sunday at the Reilly Center Pool in the Bonnies 2017-18 home finale. The swimming portion of the meet will start at 1:00 p.m. while the diving time is yet to be determined.

Binghamton is 3-1 in dual meets this season with wins coming over NJIT, Niagara and Colgate. In the first week of December, freshman David Walters and junior Alex Brion earned honors from the America East Conference. Walters was named AEC Diver of the Week while Brion was tabbed as AEC Swimmer of the Week.
LAST TIME OUT
The Bonnies last saw action at the Zippy Invite in Akron, Ohio where they captured second place in the team standings and was their best performance of the season. The Brown and White accumulated 1,368.5 points over the three days, behind only Oakland who had 2,119.5 points. Freshman Tjaard Krusch and senior Matt Taccard led St. Bonaventure with their strong performances. Krusch tallied a second-place finish and two individual third-place finishes. He was also part of two third-place relay teams. Taccard earned two top-five times in individual events and was on the second-place 200-freestyle relay team.
Before the swimming portion of the meet on Sunday, the Bonnies will honor six seniors for their time and dedication to the men's swimming program. The six seniors are Trevor Maida, Ben Galinski, Logan Hellwig, Jordan Powers, Matt Taccard and Aidan Wilson.
Trevor Maida was a three-year member of the swimming team before making the transition to student assistant coach. He swam the breaststroke and individual medley for the Bonnies.
Ben Galinski is a four-year member of the swim team. As a senior, he has set personal best times in the 400-IM, 200-IM and the 200-butterfly.
Logan Hellwig has participated at the Atlantic 10 Championships in each of his first three seasons for the Bonnies. He has set personal best times in the 100-freestyle and the 200-IM this season.
Jordan Powers was named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll his sophomore and junior seasons. He was part of two top-five relay teams at the A-10 Championships last season.
Matt Taccard was a member of the record breaking 200-medley relay team (1:28.35) as a sophomore at the Atlantic 10 Championships. He has set personal best times in the 200 and 500-freestyle events this season.
The final senior, Aidan Wilson is a four-year member of the men's swimming team. He was named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll as a sophomore.
The Bonnies will travel to Cornell on Jan. 19 for a dual meet against the Big Red. The meet is set to kick off with diving at 12:00 p.m. and the swimming portion will start at 4:00 p.m.
