Ethan Rowan earns second Rookie of the Week honor

ST. BONAVENTURE, N.Y. - After picking up two second-place finishes against Cleveland State, Valparaiso and Niagara, freshman Ethan Rowan earned his second men's swimming Rookie of the Week honor, as announced by the Atlantic 10 office on Monday afternoon.

The Matthews, N.C., native helped out the Bonnies by picking up second in the 500-yard freestyle. Rowan took second with a time of 4:41.87 and also placed second in the 1000-yard freestyle with a time of 9:37.31.

St. Bonaventure takes a short break before returning to action in the Zippy Invitational hosted by the University of Akron on Friday-Sunday, Dec. 4-6.
