YPSILANTI, Mich. (AP) -Andrew Nicholson scored a career-best 19 points Saturday to lead St. Bonaventure to its fourth straight victory, 86-78 over Eastern Michigan.
Maurice Thomas added 16 points and Chris Matthews had 14 for the Bonnies (7-3), who led 50-32 at intermission and turned 18 Eagles turnovers into 27 points. St. Bonaventure made 63 percent of its first-half field goal attempts and finished the game 29-for-50 from the floor (58 percent).
Brandon Bowdry scored 21 points and Justin Dobbins added 15 for Eastern Michigan (2-8), which is 0-8 against Division 1 teams.
