Tickets Still Available For Saturday's Thanksgiving Throwdown

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Tickets for St. Bonaventure's Thanksgiving Throwdown matchup against rival Niagara at Blue Cross Arena are still available to the general public. The game is scheduled for 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 24.

Tickets for the game, presented by Fibertech Networks, can be purchased through Ticketmaster by logging onto ticketmaster.com or charging by phone at 1-800-745-3000. Charge by phone is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Tickets are also available at the Blue Cross Arena Box Office, which is open 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays, and starting at Noon on Sundays when an event is scheduled for that day. The box office is closed on Thanksgiving Day.

Ticket prices range from $15 to $38. Floor priority seats are $38, Lower and Upper Reserved A seats are $28, Lower Reserved B and Lower Reserved C seats are $21, and Lower Reserved C and Upper Reserved B seats are $15. St. Bonaventure basketball and the Rochester region have enjoyed a strong relationship over the years. The game against Niagara marks the 18th time the Bonnies have played a game in Rochester and the fourth straight year St. Bonaventure has hosted a game at Blue Cross Arena.

The Bonnies have played seven games – four decided by five points or fewer or in overtime – since 2000 at Blue Cross Arena. St. Bonaventure has hosted games in Rochester against North Carolina State (2011), Virginia Tech (2010), St. John's (2009), West Virginia (2005) and Syracuse (2003) in recent years.

The reigning Atlantic 10 champion Bonnies have started the year 2-1 after earning the program's first NCAA Tournament berth since 2000 last year.
