Letter From Head Coach Jim Crowley
The program has developed to the point where we believe we can compete for a postseason berth every year. We are very proud to have made three straight WNIT appearances, won 20+ games three years in a row, and to finish fourth in the Atlantic 10 Conference twice. Those accomplishments are a credit to the seniors who’ve graduated the past three years – Cara Gustafson, Amanda Johnson, Andrea Doneth, Ashley Edwards, Priscilla Edwards, Tiara Johnson, Dana Mitchell, Erica Schiefen and Kate Murray. Those players set a standard of excellence for all future Bonnies. Of the court, we also have high standards. Five of the past six years, we ranked among the top 25 NCAA Division I women’s basketball teams in team Grade Point Average. I am extremely proud of the young women on our team, and ask that you support us by joining the Women’s Basketball Backers. Thank you very much. |
On behalf of our entire program, I invite you to join the St.
Bonaventure Women’s Basketball Backers. We have
ambitious goals for our program but cannot reach these goals
without your support.The St. Bonaventure Women’s Basketball Backers are the
fundraising support arm for the women’s basketball
program. The Women’s Basketball Backers seek to provide
annual support for the team and its operations, enabling an already
successful program to continue to grow. The Backers will also
seek to grow the team’s fan base through outreach and other
initiatives.
St. Bonaventure Women’s Basketball Backers donate a minimum
of $500 annually to the Bonaventure Athletic Fund, designating
women's basketball as their sport of preference. Donations must be
postmarked by Dec. 31, 2011 to receive benefits for the 2010-11
basketball season. Donations made between June 1-Oct. 1, 2011
will be eligible for all benefits.
