Joshua Eddy currently serves as the athletic trainer for the St. Bonaventure Women’s Soccer and Tennis programs. He re-joined the Bonnies sports medicine staff in August of 2017, after earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Central Michigan University (Mount Pleasant, MI) in December of 2016.
During his degree work, Eddy gained impressive collegiate experience with his clinical rotations at Northwood University (Midland, MI), Central Michigan University, and right here at St. Bonaventure University. He also spent time at the Mid-Michigan Medical Center, serving as an athletic training student in the Gratiot Emergency Room and with Midland Rehabilitation Services. Josh earned his certification in athletic training upon graduation and immediately began work as per diem athletic trainer for the St. Bonaventure Women’s Basketball team during their Winter/Spring 2017 season.
Josh is originally from Niles, MI and is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA), Eastern Athletic Trainers’ Association (EATA), and the New York State Athletic Trainers’ Association (NYSATA). He is a certified by the American Heart Association (AHA) in Basic Life Support (BLS).
