Donation Requests

St. Bonaventure Athletics is happy to address the many requests for donations of goods or time that it receives.

In order for a donation to be processed, a request must be made in writing to:

The letter, preferably on a company letterhead, must include pertinent information about your request and be signed. For charitable events and functions, please include an explanation of the cause, who benefits, the date, time and place of the event and when you will need the request filled. Typically, men's or women's basketball tickets are used to fill donation requests.

Appearances

Appearances by St. Bonaventure coaches and/or student-athletes can be requested by sending a letter to the address above. A complete explanation of the event and reason for the request is required within your letter, as well as a reasonable amount of lead time. Appearance requests will be granted based upon NCAA rules compliance, the benefits of your event(s) and the availability of coaches or student-athletes. Student-athletes may not endorse a commercial product or for-profit event per NCAA rules.

The Bona Wolf mascot is also available for appearances. Requests must be made in writing to the same address as listed above and will be honored on first-come, first-serve basis. Bona Wolf is available for free for charitable events, and for $75 per hour for all other events. Bona Wolf may not be available during the summer months.
